I haven't found any issues playing the original saved games on the patched version of the game. These save files were created on Tomb Raider's original release v1.00.716.5 as well as patch v1.00.718.4. So basically all the side stuff is left for you. The main difference between this set and the original set is that I didn't spend any skill points (in addition to not spending salvage like the first set), and I didn't collect any collectibles, do any challenges, or do any of the tombs. This set is less comprehensive, but still substantial with 73 saves. I have also created a second set of saved games.

I did not spend any salvage throughout the entire game, so when you use my saves you can upgrade however you like! At several points I backtracked for gear gating in small areas but didn't make saves specifically for that added salvage. I completed all collectibles before leaving an area, but any games during an area will be in varying stages of finding the collectibles. If there isn't a save game for a particular moment, I probably couldn't get one, but usually you can get to that moment pretty easily from the previous save. Tomb Raider sometimes saves before a cutscene, sometimes after, and sometimes both. I tried to capture as many saved games as possible.
